The Board are delighted that the members of WSSC supported us by voting overwhelmingly in favour of our Special Resolution to convert to a company at our First Special General Meeting (SGM) yesterday, 10 September 2020. Thank you to all of our members for your support in achieving this. This result means that our conversion to a company will now happen and our future is assured.
The actual votes cast were 388 in favour and one against, out of a total of 486 members. You can view the full voting results in the Members Area or in the email sent to all members today.
The legislation requires that we hold a Second SGM to confirm this result which will be held on 29 September. More details on voting and attending this meeting are in the Members’ Area.
Results of this second meeting will be released on 30 September.
