The board are pleased to able to report that Companies House has now accepted our cooperative’s ‘one member, one vote’ rules, allowing us to complete our conversion to a member owned Limited Company. This secures our future as one of the largest community owned renewable energy sites in the South. We are in the process of issuing members’ new holdings. We will announce the date of our 2021 Annual General Meeting shortly.
We would like to thank our members for their support throughout the transition process and look forward to being able to continue our work of providing renewable energy to our local community, and supporting local sustainability projects.
